Day 1

Imagine rolling through the streets of Dubai in an open-top bus. Well, such would be the thrill afforded when you journey on the Hop On Hop Off Big Bus Dubai which will see to it that you are well placed to not merely learn of your new environment but also call by some of the most sought-after attractions in the Emirate. With 9 stops thrown in, you can expect to cover popular landmarks such as the Dubai Marina, Souk Madinat and The Palm. Although phrases such as ‘desert’ and ‘skiing’ would not be normally used in the same sentence when describing the Middle East, the sole exception to the above would be the delightful setting of Ski Dubai, Dubbed the largest ski resort in the Middle East, this facility houses 5 ski slopes, each varying in steepness and difficulty coupled by a live penguin zone and an ice cave to make for one sensational outing. For the shopaholic, consider beelining for Ibn Battuta Mall which presents a chance to shop in themed pavilions and tuck into the fine flavours of casual dining. Located a short walk from Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate Dubai which boasts its own Dubai hotel offers, this facility will be a welcoming introduction to the city’s thriving retail scene.

Day 2

Start your second day in Dubai with a trip to the tallest structure in the world – the Burj Khalifa. In fact, move over to the ‘At the Top’ observation area from where sweeping views of the city’s brilliant skyline can be savoured. However, on the topic of non-stop entertainment, nothing quite would add up to the spectacle on show at IMG Worlds of Adventure. Overflowing with themed sections and equally engaging rides, visitors will have an opportunity to meet their favourite Marvel and Cartoon Network characters as well. Although, a more subdued encounter than the former, the Green Planet encapsulates both an educational and insightful escape into what a rainforest represents. Explore tropical birds, and colourful butterflies and move along the Canopy for one unforgettable trip within a sublime 4-storey indoor rainforest.

Day 3

On the final leg of your Dubai holiday, allocate time for an outing to Palm Jumeirah Island from where you can either learn a new hobby or sharpen an existing skill set that will soon have you out on the water. Essentially, keep your eyes peeled for SeaYou from where you will be granted access to learn the finer points of windsurfing, kayaking and even paddle-boarding. From here onwards, make plans to stop by Aquaventure Waterpark for one almighty soak. Once inside, you can ready yourself for a wide spectrum of rides and slides whose collective intention is to see to it that you have one whale of a time. Located a stone’s throw away is the Lost Chambers Aquarium which is ideally positioned to whisk you away to the marine world. Herein, one can expect a fulfilling time made of visits to 10 themed chambers and the hourly Myth Tour which brings to light the cultural influences of the Aquarium.
