Ho Chi Minh City (also known as Saigon) is the largest and the most populous city in Vietnam, and a busy metropolis. The scenic train ride
With the train journey taking approximately 4 hours, if you choose to travel during the daytime, the fascinating landscape you pass through will be a treat to experience. Commencing at Saigon railway station the distance from Saigon to Phan Thiet (the closest railway station to Mui Ne) is approximately 185 km. The ticket rates are reasonable and there is a choice of compartment to select. Once you disembark in Phan Thiet a short taxi or bus ride can be used for the 7 km ride from Phan Thiet station to Mui Ne. Using a Private Rental Car or Minibus
This is another good option for travel between Ho Chi Minh and Mui Ne mostly used by Business Travellers and families doing an additional side trip to Mui Ne. It is comfortable and saves time as you will be picked up from the airport or the hotel in Ho Chi Minh and driven to Mui Ne. En route, a couple of attractions or visiting a shopping mall are accommodated with prior agreement with the rental company.
