How to get to Quy Nhon by air?

Catching a flight to Quy Nhon will let you get a bird’s eye view of the breathtaking landscape below. You can board a flight to this beautiful seaside town from Ho Chi Minh or Hanoi. There are direct flights to Quy Nhon from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. Vietnam Airlines, VietJae and Jetstar operate these flights. Once you get to the airport, you can get a taxi to get to your hotel or use the shuttle bus. How to get to Quy Nhon by train?

If you are looking to get to the Quy Nhon Railway Station, you’ll have to catch a 13-hour overnight train from Ho Chi Minh City. However, it is better to catch a train to Dieu Tri Railway Station which is about 25 minutes away from Quy Nhon town. You can either board a bus or take a cab from the station. You can catch a train to Dieu Tri Railway Station from Hanoi as well as north of Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll be in for a scenic train ride. If you get the train from Ho Chi Minh City, it will take about 10 to 12 hours to get to your destination. Hence, it makes sense to get a berth in a sleeper cabin. From Hanoi, it would take about 20 hours. Ideally, you should book your ticket a day in advance.

How to get to Quy Nhon by bus?

Much like the train ride, you will need to book a sleeper bus to get to Quy Nhon. From Ho Chi Minh City, you can get a bus at the Mien Dong Bus Station. The bus ride lasts about 12 to 14 hours. As most buses leave in the evening, you can sleep through the journey. A bus ticket from Ho Chi Minh to Quy Nhon cost about 11 USD. You can also catch a bus ride to Quy Nhon from Da Nang, Nha Trang, Da Lat as well as Pleiku. It would be easier to get your hotel to make the bus reservation. The Quy Nhon Bus Station is located near the Big C Supermarket. Admittedly, taking the bus to Quy Nhon can be tiring, but it is the most affordable mode of transport.

How to get to Quy Nhon by private car?
